Folsom H. S Fall Sports Tryouts Starting Now

FHS Football started their tryouts this week for all 3 levels, Frosh/Soph, JV and Varsity. Next Monday, July 30 all other Fall Sports will begin. Coed Cross Country- JV and Varsity Girls Golf- Varsity Girls Tennis-Varsity Girls Volleyball-Frosh/Soph, JV and Varsity   Sideline Cheer has already had tryouts, last Spring for the 2018-19 school year.

Folsom Girls Tennis sends 3 Singles to the SFL League Championships

Folsom Varsity Girls Tennis had six athletes qualify for the SFL Singles Championships held at Nevada Union High School today, however only three were able to attend. Folsom Varsity Girls Tennis Plays a Tough Oak Ridge Squad

On Thursday, October 5th, the Lady Bulldogs were host to the Lady Trojans of Oak Ridge High School.  We lost to OR in the first half of the season 2-7, after being up in 6 of the matches.  I know we can beat them if we stay focused and play tough!  Here’s the recap:
