On Friday, March 12, 2021, the Sierra Foothill League held their Cross Country championships at William Jessup University. The teams included were Del Oro, Folsom, Granite Bay, Oak Ridge, Rocklin and Whitney.

The Frosh/Soph Girls started off the day with a two mile race. Folsom’s Top 3 Finishers:

Ainsley Wells (15:38.5) 14th

Sydney Petrik  (16:6.2) 19th

Yelin (Ashley) An (18:56.8) 24th

Next the Frosh/Soph Boys stepped up to the line for their 2 mile race. Folsom’s Top 3 Finishers:

Dallin Nartker (12:15.1) 10th

Arsh Koneru-Ansari (12:35.5) 16th

Connor Crebar (13:01.5) 22nd

Then the Varsity Girls competed in the 5000 meter race. Folsom’s Top 3 Finishers:

Amari Robb (22:05.1) 24th

Lauren Dudek (22:09.1) 25th

Sanya Gowda (22:56.9) 27th

The Varsity Boys wrapped up the SFL XC season in their 5000 meter race: Folsom’s Top 3 Finishers:

Ethan Smaith (16:53.5) 2nd

Zach Graeber (16:57.5) 6th

Eric Anderson (17:04.0) 8th

With 3 Varsity Boys finishing in the top 10, they are each 1st team All League recipients!
