Folsom High School was given permission to start their Fall Sport summer workouts as of Monday, June 22, 2020.

A. Football: Monday-Thursday- First day 6/22/20

 1) Varsity

8:30am Check in/Prescreening

2) Football-JV

3:30pm Check in/Prescreening

3)  Frosh/Soph 

6:30pm Check in/Prescreening

Everyone must first be athletically registered and cleared before the athlete can participate. Please go to . Click on the link below to print out the FCUSD approved sports physical. This is the ONLY sports physical that we can accept.

Below are the current FCUSD COVID-19 Guidelines. * They may change as we get updated guidelines from the District, NFHS, CIF, County Board of Ed. and CDC.

The following guidelines need to be followed carefully, inorder to provide a safe environment for our athletes and staff.
1) Prescreening of all athletes and staff must be done prior to each daily workout.
a) Infrared thermoter checks. Any students with a temperature of 100.4 or higher, will NOT be allowed to participate and will be sent home.
b) Prescreening questionaire to be documented daily.
2) Athlete groups/pods will be limited to 10 athletes and 1 coach. Athletes must always stay together in these groups.
3) A Social Distance of at least 6′, must be maintained at all times
4) All equipment must be disinfected prior to and after use.
5) No sharing of water bottles. Athletes must bring their own labeled bottle.
6) No contact. No high fives, hand shakes, fist bumps, chest bumps or hugs.
7) No congregating in the facilities, restrooms or parking lots (before or after workouts).
